- Track project performance using KPIs, earned value metrics, schedule variance, and cost variance.

- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and release planning where applicable.

Risk, Change & Quality Management :

- Manage scope changes, including rapid timeline compression from months to days, while maintaining delivery quality.

Stakeholder & Client Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

- Organize and lead project meetings, steering committees, and status reviews to discuss goals, progress, risks, and outcomes.

- Prepare and present detailed project status reports covering timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.

- Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities by addressing challenging project scenarios and driving successful outcomes.

Documentation & Reporting :

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, risk registers, change logs, decision logs, and closure reports.

- Control and document project progress at each stage and conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes and lessons learned.

Tools & Technology Exposure :

- Project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar platforms.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, analysis, and executive presentations.
