ETHICS Infotech - Delivery Manager - Project Methodologies

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and technically savvy Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex software and technology solutions.

You will be responsible for driving technical project execution, managing development teams, aligning stakeholder expectations, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery in fast-paced Agile environments.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development or engineering, paired with excellent project governance and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Project Delivery :

- Drive full lifecycle delivery of technology projects (architecture, development, testing, deployment).

- Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans in collaboration with tech leads and architects.

- Ensure projects meet performance, quality, and security standards.

- Establish and track metrics around velocity, quality, delivery timelines, and budget utilization.

Team & Resource Management

- Manage cross-functional Agile teams, including developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product owners.

- Guide team members in technical execution, code review practices, and sprint planning.

- Forecast and manage resource needs, including onboarding and team scaling.

Agile & DevOps Alignment :

- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and foster continuous delivery.

- Integrate DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment speed and reliability.

- Promote a culture of automation, testing, and code quality within engineering teams.

Stakeholder & Client Management :

- Interface with clients, product managers, and business stakeholders to align project goals with delivery timelines.

- Manage client expectations, scope changes, and stakeholder communications.

- Report project health metrics to internal and external leadership.

Risk, Quality & Governance :

- Identify and mitigate technical and project delivery risks proactively.

- Ensure adherence to architectural and coding standards across delivery units.

- Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continual process improvement.

Technical Skills & Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).

- 1012 years of experience in IT project management or technical delivery, including 5+ years in software delivery leadership roles.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, SDLC, and development frameworks (.NET, Java, Python, etc.

- Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure DevOps.

- Proficiency in project reporting, budgeting, and delivery metrics.

- Ability to review and guide technical design, implementation, and deployment practices
