We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Business Analyst with a deep understanding of IT systems, enterprise applications, data, and project execution.

This role demands hands-on involvement in system analysis, functional architecture, integrations, security considerations, and end-to-end ownership of technology-driven business requirements.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and management, while also playing a critical role in tender analysis, proposal lifecycle management, and technical-commercial documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Business & System Analysis :

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements.

- Translate business needs into clear, unambiguous functional specifications, system workflows, and data models.

- Perform gap analysis between existing systems and proposed solutions to identify optimization opportunities.

- Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient IT system solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Analyze and document system integrations, APIs, data flows, and dependencies across multiple platforms.

Technical Collaboration & Delivery :

- Work closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

- Coordinate with developers to clarify functional logic, edge cases, and system constraints during development and testing phases.

- Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and validation of system performance against requirements.

- Gather structured feedback from end users post-implementation and drive continuous system improvements.

Project & Change Management :

- Plan, monitor, and support technology projects including system upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and software/hardware deployments.

- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets.

- Provide technical guidance and training to users and internal teams on system functionality and best practices.

- Ensure all deliverables comply with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Tender & Proposal Management (Techno-Commercial Focus) :

- Monitor multiple tender search portals daily to identify relevant contracts and market intelligence opportunities.

- Manage the end-to-end tender lifecycle including requirement analysis, technical feasibility, documentation, authorization, and submission.

- Ensure tender submissions are technically accurate, commercially viable, compliant with client specifications, and submitted ahead of deadlines.

- Edit and enhance technical and commercial proposal content contributed by cross-functional and senior team members.

- Develop technical narratives, solution approaches, and costing inputs to support tender steering and decision-making committees.

- Handle internal and client queries related to tenders with clarity and confidentiality.

Technology Awareness & Governance :

- Stay current with emerging technologies, enterprise systems, security standards, and industry best practices.

- Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and information security are maintained across all projects and tender activities.

Requirements & Qualifications :

- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar technology-focused role.

- Proven experience working on IT systems design, analysis, and implementation.

- Strong understanding of business processes, enterprise systems, and technology architecture.

- Experience in project management and cross-functional team coordination.

- Hands-on exposure to databases, system security concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving aptitude with the ability to think both strategically and technically.

- Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
