Role Overview :

We are looking for a AI Engineer - Computer Vision with 4-7 years of experience to develop and deploy production-grade CV solutions across our customer sites.

This role combines hands-on development of models and algorithms with end-to-end ownership of system integration, testing, and deployment in real-world industrial environments.

You will work closely with senior engineers, product leads, and customer teams to bring CV/AI projects to life and continuously improve solution performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Project Ownership :

- Lead end-to-end computer vision projects from concept to deployment

- Ensure scalability, robustness, and production-readiness

- Align technical execution with business objectives

Algorithm Development & Innovation :

- Research and implement cutting-edge methodologies

- Improve model accuracy, latency, and performance

Deployment & Infrastructure :

- Design scalable storage and compute architectures

- Ensure data security and compliance

Web Integration & APIs :

- Collaborate with web teams for seamless platform integration

- Design APIs and support frontend/backend teams

Team Leadership & Mentorship :

- Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence

- Conduct reviews, guide architecture decisions

- Foster innovation and structured problem-solving

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work with cross-functional teams

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Communicate effectively with technical & non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or related field

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in computer vision

- Proven experience leading technical teams and complex projects

- Experience leading technical teams is mandatory

Key Technical Skills :

- Advanced Python programming (production-level)

- Strong expertise in OpenCV

- NVIDIA DeepStream & real-time video pipelines

- Model optimization & low-latency inference

- AWS cloud architecture & deployment

- On-prem & edge AI deployment experience

- API development & backend integration

- Performance tuning & scalability planning

- Data pipeline design & storage strategy

- Version control & engineering best practices
