Job description :

Documaker Studio Designer qualifications :

- A successful Documaker Studio developer should combine technical expertise in document automation tools, workflow and project management skills, and strong attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Oracle Documaker Studio (DMS) 12.5 or higher : Ability to navigate the Workspace, Projects, Libraries, and Application Definition Manager to create and manage resources like sections, forms, graphics, triggers, and templates

1. Template and Form Design : Experience in creating reusable templates, sections, and forms, and applying field-level and section-level rules

2. Trigger and Scripting : Knowledge of trigger managers and DAL (Data Access Layer) scripts to automate document processing

3. Library and Data Management : Skills in managing libraries, dictionaries, tables, and barcodes, including check-in/check-out and version control

4. Dynamic PDF Generation : Ability to produce dynamic PDF outputs

5. Integration Awareness : Understanding of how Documaker integrates with ECM, CRM, and other systems for automated document delivery (e.g. OMPlus)

Process and Workflow Skills :

- Project Management : Experience managing complex document automation projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery

- Workflow Design : Ability to define and manage document creation, review, approval, and delivery workflows.

- Change Management : Skills in updating and maintaining document definitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Attention to Detail : Critical for ensuring document accuracy, formatting consistency, and compliance with business rules
