Job Summary :

The company is looking for a Legion Expert with 10+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Legion Workforce Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead functional design, configuration, and support of applications with a focus on global deployment within HR and Time and Attendance domains.

- Interact with business customers, including HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and system owners to define requirements.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis to develop a matrix of requirements for the timekeeping application.

- Design and configure Legion modules including forecasting, scheduling, time & attendance, labor compliance, and optimization.

- Engage with Data Engineers and Product Managers to design application extensions and provide end-user support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT) to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.

- Provide architectural guidance during configuration, testing, deployment, and postgo-live stabilization.

- Define technical best practices, solution frameworks, and reusable components for Legion WFM deployments.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and client expectations.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience implementing, supporting, and optimizing Legion Workforce Management solutions.

- Strong experience in Legion workforce scheduling, labor optimization, real-time management, reporting, and compliance.

- Experience as an architect for large, multi-country/global Legion WFC implementations.

- Experience in E2E implementation of large WFM programs, including architecture and design.

- Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions and enterprise system integrations.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
