Estuate - AI/ML Consultant - Data Modeling

Role : AI/ML Consultant Generative AI & Machine Learning

Location: Onsite

We are seeking a hands-on AI/ML Consultant with a strong track record in leading and delivering AI initiatives across both Generative AI and traditional machine learning. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive enterprise-scale solutions in diverse and regulated industries.

Core Responsibilities:

AI/ML Strategy & Delivery :

- Lead and execute end-to-end AI/ML projects from ideation through deployment.

- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

- Apply a mix of Generative AI (LLMs, transformers) and traditional ML techniques (time series, classification, deep learning).

Technical & Platform Expertise :

- Design and build GenAI solutions using LLMs, agentic AI, LangChain, etc.

- Hands-on with NLP, RAG, LoRA/PEFT, prompt engineering.

- Strong programming skills in Python; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace.

- Expertise in vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone).

- Proficient in MLOps practices: CI/CD, model lifecycle (MLflow, Kubeflow).

Deployment & Integration :

- Build AI-powered applications using Streamlit, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.

- Deploy models using cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and accelerators (GPU/TPU).

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed AI into enterprise systems.

Governance & Innovation :

- Promote Responsible AI practices with a focus on explainability, compliance (e.g., GDPR,

HIPAA).

- Stay ahead of the curve on AI trends, including multimodal models and ethical AI frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 23 years in client-facing or leadership roles.

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex AI programs and advise executive stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

- Industry certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks are a plus.

- Domain experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Pharma, BFSI) preferred.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-

technical audiences.
