Description :

We are seeking an experienced Agile & Scrum Project Manager to lead high-performing software development teams using Agile principles while also managing technical projects end-to-end.

The role requires a strong combination of Scrum mastery, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Agile & Scrum Leadership (60%)

- Scrum Master Role : Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring teams follow Agile principles.

- Backlog Management : Partner closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to groom and prioritize the product backlog. Ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.

- Impediment Removal : Proactively identify, track, and remove blockers or impediments that could slow down the development team.

- Agile Coaching : Mentor the team and organization on Agile and Scrum best practices, promoting continuous improvement and self-organization.

- Metrics & Reporting : Track key Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, cycle time, and team health. Present actionable insights and maintain transparency for stakeholders.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements to increase team efficiency and delivery quality.

Technical Project Management (40%) :

- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

- Technical Liaison : Act as the bridge between development teams, product management, and business stakeholders. Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical audiences.

- Risk & Dependency Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and inter-team dependencies. Escalate issues as required to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Solution Integrity : Collaborate with engineering leads and architects to ensure that technical solutions meet quality, scalability, and maintainability standards.

- Stakeholder Communication : Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders through regular status updates, dashboards, and review meetings. Manage expectations and address concerns promptly.

- Resource Management : Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and external resources to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum Master, or technical project management roles

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks

- Proven experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and facilitating Agile ceremonies

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts

- Experience with project management and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
