Role Overview :

As an ERP Product Lead specializing in Oracle Finance modules, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex financial business requirements and technical system architecture.

You will lead the strategy, configuration, and continuous improvement of Oracle Financials, ensuring that the platform effectively supports global accounting, reporting, and compliance standards.

This role involves collaborating closely with global finance stakeholders, IT leadership, and external implementation partners to streamline financial processes, automate workflows, and ensure the ERP ecosystem remains scalable and robust.

Your work directly impacts the organizations financial visibility and operational efficiency by maintaining a high-performing, data-driven ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the product roadmap for Oracle Finance modules to align system capabilities with evolving global financial reporting and statutory requirements.

- Partner with finance leadership to translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions within the Oracle Cloud environment.

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ERP enhancements, from requirement gathering and functional design to testing and final deployment.

- Manage cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Finance and other enterprise systems.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in financial data management, internal controls, and automated reconciliation processes to improve operational accuracy.

- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical system issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime and maintain data integrity across the finance function.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing Oracle Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

- Strong ability to articulate technical financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration across global finance and IT teams.

- Proven capability in managing large-scale ERP transformation projects, including requirement analysis, process mapping, and user acceptance testing.

- Exceptional analytical skills to identify process bottlenecks and implement automated solutions that enhance financial reporting speed and accuracy.

- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a professional approach to navigating complex, matrixed organizational structures.

- High adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with the ability to lead remote project teams and coordinate effectively across different time zones.
