Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Analyst to support, enhance, and lead implementation initiatives across global finance operations. The role will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and leadership to deliver scalable D365 Finance solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead D365 Finance solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Participate in end-to-end D365 Finance implementation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend best practice solutions.

- Own finance workstreams including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.

- Translate finance business processes into D365 solutions and integrations.

- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.

- Support user acceptance testing, training, change management, and production support activities.

- Work closely with global finance and supply chain teams to improve business processes.

- Provide solution governance and ensure adherence to Microsoft and company standards.

- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to ERP strategy and roadmap planning.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance experience.

- Must have completed at least 2 end-to-end D365 Finance implementations.

- Strong functional expertise in core finance modules and financial processes.

- Experience with business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.

- Knowledge of financial controls, compliance, and reporting requirements.

- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Knowledge of other D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules is a strong advantage.

- Experience with data migration, integrations, Power Platform, and reporting tools is preferred.

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelor's Degree or CA.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification preferred.
