Description :

We are looking for an experienced ERP Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end finance processes, system configuration, and business stakeholder engagement. The role involves implementation, enhancement, and support of ERP Finance modules across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support ERP Finance implementations (GL, AP, AR, FA, AA, Costing, Closing)

- Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare functional specifications

- Configure finance modules as per business needs

- Work closely with technical teams for RICEFW objects

- Support UAT, cutover, and go-live activities

- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes

- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, Procurement, Treasury)

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience as an ERP Finance Functional Consultant

- Strong hands-on experience in Finance modules

- Experience in ERP implementation, rollout, and support projects

- Knowledge of integration with other ERP modules

- Exposure to S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and lead discussions/workshops
