About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ERP Deliverable Manager to lead the successful delivery and implementation of ERP-based business solutions, including Contracting Software, HRMS, Financial Management Systems (FMS), and Accounting applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder communication, implementation timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end ERP software implementation and delivery projects.

- Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, development teams, and implementation consultants to ensure successful project execution.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP, HRMS, Finance, Payroll, and Contracting modules.

- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation plans.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Ensure timely delivery of software solutions while maintaining quality standards.

- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and post-implementation support.

- Ensure adherence to project governance, documentation, and best practices.

- Manage client expectations and build long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical & Functional Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in Software Project Management, ERP Delivery, or Product Implementation.

- Strong experience in ERP, HRMS, FMS, Accounting Software, or Contracting Management Solutions.

- Good understanding of finance, accounting principles, payroll, procurement, and business processes.

- Experience managing multiple software implementation projects simultaneously.

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.

- Ability to prepare project plans, BRDs, FRDs, and project documentation.

- Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.

Soft Skills :

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications are preferred.

- Understanding of accounting workflows, budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
