About the Role :

As an ERP Architect, you will manage and deliver ERP projects across various industries and sectors. You will work closely with client stakeholders, partners, and project teams to plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. You will also support business development, practice building, and thought leadership activities within the ERP/SCM domain.

What You'll Do :

- Manage and deliver end-to-end ERP projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.

- Coordinate and supervise project activities, such as requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Manage project resources, ensuring optimal allocation, utilization, and performance.

- Manage project budget, timeline, scope, quality, risks, and issues.

- Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding project objectives, status, and outcomes.

- Provide thought leadership on ERP trends, challenges, and opportunities.

- Support business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions.

- Contribute to practice building by developing knowledge assets, conducting training, and mentoring team members.

- Engage in license commercial negotiations and suggest strategies to optimize Capex/Opex expenses.

What You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 5 years managing large-scale ERP projects.

- Hands-on experience implementing ERP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA.

- Deep functional and technical knowledge of ERP modules such as FICO/MM/SD in SAP S/4HANA.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including data, application, infrastructure, digital, IoT, and Industry 4.0.

- Proven experience as a Strategist / Technology Strategy expert.

- Strong domestic client handling and senior stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Industry expertise in Discrete (Auto/Industrial goods), Mill and Mining, or Process (Oil and Gas/Pharma/Life Sciences) is an added advantage.
