Job Description :

Role : D365 F&O Senior SCM Functional Consultant.

Job Summary :

We are expanding our functional team and require two Senior Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultants. You will be responsible for functional solution design, configuration, and implementation of D365 F&O SCM modules. Your expertise will directly support our diverse client base in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution sectors, bridging the gap between business needs and system capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead functional requirement gathering workshops with client stakeholders through all project phases from Analysis to Go-Live.

- Design and document functional solutions that leverage standard D365 F&O capabilities.

- Perform detailed gap analysis and draft Functional Design Documents (FDD).

- Configure D365 F&O SCM modules including Production Control, Master Planning, MRP, MPS, and Advanced Warehouse Management Systems (AWMS).

- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customizations meet functional expectations.

- Develop and execute test plans (SIT/UAT) and conduct end-user training.

- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.

Required Skill Set :

- Deep knowledge of D365 F&O Supply Chain workflows and configurations.

- Manufacturing Expertise : BOM & Route configuration, Production order lifecycle, Capacity planning, Subcontracting, and Shop floor control.

- Planning & MRP : Master planning setup, Coverage groups, Forecast models, MPS vs MRP, and Planning optimization.

- AWMS Expertise : Wave processing, work templates, location directives, and mobile device workflows.

- Proven experience in at least 3 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.

- Strong documentation discipline (BRD, FDD, User Manuals).

- Experience with Azure DevOps and LCS BPM tools.

Selection Criteria :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience : 8+ years of ERP experience with dedicated Dynamics AX 2012/D365 F&O SCM.

- Certifications : Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330) is mandatory.
