Key Responsibilities/Functions :

- Collaborate with ERP Manager to identify solutions that will address business requirements in the NetSuite solution and other systems that integrate with it.

- Assist in the design and system configuration within NetSuite, and related systems such as Avalara and Pace jet.

- Create, customize, and manage NetSuite fields, workflows, custom objects, custom records, scripts, reports, saved searches, dashboards, etc.

- Enhance and monitor system integrations between legacy systems and NetSuite.

- Assist in report development and data exports/extracts.

- Perform complex business and systems analysis work including.

- Ability to ask questions allowing for an understanding of a business process.

- Facilitate the identification of requirements working with business stakeholders.

- Based on defined business requirements, identify options for solving the problem with a recommendation.

- Participate in design sessions to analyse business requirements and functional specifications, then develop associated technical specifications.

- Draw from your experience to recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards.

- Support for key month end close and financial reporting processes.

- Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements.

- Perform quality assurance tasks required by the various implementations.

- Follow established procedures for development and change management.

- This includes ticket generation (JIRA), documenting requirements,- testing- and QA activities.

- It also includes getting migration approvals, following the code migration process and code versioning process.

- Identify areas for improvement while complying with the SDLC.

Required Qualifications :

- At least- 5+- years' experience in the Information Technology field.

- At least- 3+- years of end-to-end ERP, CRM and Suite Commerce experience in NetSuite administration and configuration.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.

- NetSuite certifications desired.

- Solid experience creating, customizing, and managing NetSuite fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom objects, custom records, scripts, reports, saved searches and dashboards.

- 2 years Suite Commerce Administration.

- NetSuite API knowledge for performing integrations.

- Experience with business processes utilized across NetSuite such as Quote to Cash,- Procure- to Pay.

- Strong communication- skills allowing for interaction with business stakeholders.

- SDF migration and Code Repository Knowledge.

- Experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban and/or Lean software development methodologies and JIRA tool for activity management Personal Characteristics and Attributes.

- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.

- Creative thinker with the ability to visualize solutions that could be delivered with NetSuite.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.

- Ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A drive to learn and master- new technologies- and techniques.

- Served as a leader over others on operational teams.

- Ability to work hours that overlap with US business hours.
