Job Summary :

We are seeking an Oracle PL/SQL Developer with strong Core Banking System exposure, specifically Oracle FLEXCUBE. The role will work on database development, customizations, interfaces, data fixes and production support for CBS-related applications. The candidate should have strong PL/SQL development skills and a practical understanding of FLEXCUBE modules, transaction flows and underlying database structures. Responsibilities will include developing and tuning SQL/PLSQL code, investigating defects, supporting releases and collaborating with functional, application and testing teams. Java experience is preferred and will be useful for assignments that span both database logic and application components.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, modify and support Oracle SQL/PLSQL components used by FLEXCUBE / CBS applications.

- Analyse core-banking requirements and implement database customizations, validations, interfaces and data-processing logic.

- Investigate production incidents, data issues and transaction failures across CBS workflows.

- Perform query tuning, defect fixes, release support and controlled data corrections when required.

- Collaborate with functional analysts, Java teams, QA and operations during implementation and support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 8 years of Oracle PL/SQL development experience.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE / Core Banking System applications.

- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, debugging, data analysis and performance-tuning skills.

- Understanding of banking transaction flows and production support processes.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams on enhancements and incident resolution.

Preferred / Added Advantage :

- Java experience is preferred, as specified in the hiring input.

- Exposure to FLEXCUBE customizations, interfaces or batch-processing components.
