About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced OFSAA FCCM AML Technical Consultant to join our Banking and Financial Services team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), particularly Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) modules.

The candidate will be responsible for solution design, implementation, customization, deployment, performance tuning, and support of OFSAA FCCM solutions. Strong SQL and database optimization skills are mandatory. For senior-level positions, candidates will be expected to lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and drive end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement OFSAA FCCM and AML solutions.

- Configure and customize FCCM modules based on business requirements.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical architecture discussions.

- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, procedures, and database objects.

- Perform data analysis, data mapping, and reconciliation activities.

- Execute OFSAA installation, configuration, and deployment activities.

- Support AML transaction monitoring, customer screening, and compliance processes.

- Perform performance tuning and optimization of OFSAA applications and databases.

- Collaborate with business users, compliance teams, and project stakeholders.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Create technical documentation and deployment guides.

- Participate in SIT, UAT, and production rollout activities.

Required Technical Skills :

1. OFSAA Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience in : Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Transaction Monitoring, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Regulatory Reporting.

2. Database Skills :

- Mandatory expertise in Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Query Optimization, Database Performance Tuning, Data Analysis, and Data Mapping.

3. Technical Skills :

- ETL concepts, Data Warehousing concepts, Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, OFSAA Data Model, and Batch Processing Frameworks.

Senior Consultant Additional Expectations :

- Lead solution architecture and technical design discussions.

- Drive end-to-end implementation projects.

- Mentor junior consultants and developers.

- Interact directly with business and compliance stakeholders.

- Review code, performance optimization strategies, and deployment plans.

Domain Experience :

- Banking and Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of : AML Regulations, Financial Crime Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, and Transaction Monitoring Systems.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Oracle FCCM implementations.

- Exposure to Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives.

- Experience working in large banking transformation programs.

- Agile/Scrum project experience.

- Oracle Certifications are preferred.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
