Equitas Small Finance Bank - OFSAA FCCM/AML Technical Consultant

Job Summary :

We are seeking an OFSAA FCCM / AML Technical Consultant with strong implementation and customization experience in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications, specifically Financial Crime and Compliance Management and Anti-Money Laundering modules. The role will contribute to end-to-end project delivery covering solution design, technical implementation, configuration, customization, defect resolution and performance optimization.

The consultant should be able to work directly with complex data models, write and optimize advanced SQL, investigate batch or data-processing issues and tune database interactions. The role requires strong technical ownership and an ability to translate compliance requirements into reliable OFSAA solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in solution design, implementation and customization of OFSAA FCCM and AML modules.

- Develop and troubleshoot data-processing logic, interfaces, batch jobs and module-level customizations.

- Write complex SQL queries for investigation, validation, reporting and application processing.

- Perform database and query tuning to improve batch performance and system responsiveness.

- Support testing, defect resolution, release activities and technical documentation across project phases.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3-8 years of relevant technical experience with OFSAA applications.

- Strong hands-on expertise in OFSAA FCCM and AML modules.

- Advanced SQL development skills and practical experience in query/database tuning.

- Understanding of financial-crime, AML or compliance-related data and workflows.

- Experience supporting end-to-end implementation or major enhancement projects.

Preferred / Added Advantage :

- Oracle database expertise and exposure to OFSAA data models / batch architecture.

- Banking or financial-services implementation experience.
