Equitas Small Finance Bank - MS Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for an MS Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to design, customize and support CRM solutions for banking customer-engagement processes. The role requires hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including configuration, plugins, workflow automation and Power Automate, along with the ability to integrate CRM with enterprise applications and Azure-based services.

The consultant will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to convert customer-experience requirements into scalable CRM solutions, resolve technical issues and support releases. The source requirement specifically calls for strong banking-domain experience and CEM module exposure, with Azure knowledge considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using configurations, plugins, workflows and Power Automate.

- Design technical solutions for customer engagement and CEM-related banking processes.

- Build and support integrations between Dynamics CRM, internal applications, APIs and Azure services.

- Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, deployment support and performance optimization across CRM environments.

- Collaborate with business, architecture, security and QA teams to ensure controlled and auditable delivery.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Overall experience range provided by the hiring team: 4-12 years.

- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical development.

- Experience with Power Automate and CRM plugins / custom extensions.

- CEM module exposure and strong banking-domain experience are required as per the hiring input.

- Ability to work on integrations, troubleshooting, releases and technical documentation.

Preferred / Added Advantage :

- Azure exposure, including integration or platform services supporting Dynamics solutions.

- Power Platform experience beyond Power Automate is an advantage.
