EPM Technical Support Consultant - HFM & Planning

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced EPM Technical Support Consultant with strong expertise in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Hyperion Planning.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring smooth operations of the existing Hyperion environment, with an opportunity to work on upcoming migration to FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service).

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support and maintenance for Hyperion applications (HFM & Planning).

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Monitor system health, perform regular maintenance, and ensure data accuracy.

- Collaborate with business users to understand issues and provide timely solutions.

- Support ongoing operations during the migration from Hyperion to FCCS.

- Assist in documentation, enhancements, and system improvements.

- Be proactive in learning and adapting to new technologies, especially FCCS.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)

- Experience in Hyperion Planning

- Good understanding of EPM technical support processes

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Good to Have :

- Exposure to FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)

- Experience in EPM Cloud migration projects

- Knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting processes

Candidate Profile :

- 7-10 years of relevant experience in EPM/Hyperion support

- Technically strong with a problem-solving mindset

- Willingness to learn and work on FCCS

- Good communication and stakeholder management skill
