We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EPM Lead Planning to design, develop, and implement enterprise planning and budgeting solutions using Oracle Hyperion Planning, PBCS, EPBCS, and Essbase technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in planning models, application architecture, business rules, integrations, and financial planning processes.

This role requires close collaboration with technical experts, finance stakeholders, and business teams to deliver scalable and efficient EPM solutions aligned with organizational goals.

The candidate will act as the application design lead for Hyperion Planning and Essbase development initiatives while providing architectural guidance, solution design, and technical leadership across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Hyperion Planning, PBCS, EPBCS, and Essbase applications.

- Lead end-to-end EPM planning solution development including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Function as the application design architect and technical lead for Planning and Essbase solutions.

- Develop scalable financial planning models including :

a. Profit & Loss (P&L) Planning

b. Balance Sheet Planning

c. Workforce Planning

d. Capex Planning

e. Revenue & Expense Forecasting

- Create and manage business rules, calculation scripts, forms, task lists, dashboards, and reports.

- Design and develop integrations between Hyperion applications and third-party systems.

- Provide architectural solutions for new initiatives and enhancements to existing EPM systems.

- Collaborate with business users and finance teams to understand planning requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in Proof of Concept (POC) development and feasibility assessments.

- Optimize application performance, data loads, calculations, and reporting processes.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support when required.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance standards, and security guidelines.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM Product Suite.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

a. Hyperion Planning

b. PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)

c. EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)

d. Essbase

- Strong understanding of financial planning and forecasting processes.

- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and architecture development.
