We are looking for a highly skilled EPM Lead / Architect Narrative Reporting to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Narrative Reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise reporting, financial statement reporting, disclosure management, and management reporting within Oracle EPM Cloud environments.

The role requires close collaboration with finance leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and automated reporting solutions aligned with organizational financial reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Oracle Narrative Reporting and Disclosure Management solutions.

- Develop and manage enterprise reporting frameworks, board reports, statutory reports, and management reports.

- Automate financial reporting and narrative reporting workflows across EPM platforms.

- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand reporting requirements and compliance standards.

- Develop report packages, reporting templates, dashboards, and narrative reports.

- Integrate Narrative Reporting with FCCS, Planning, ARCS, and ERP systems.

- Manage report security, workflow approvals, and governance processes.

- Optimize reporting performance and reporting automation initiatives.

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for reporting solutions.

- Support user training, UAT activities, deployment, and production support.
