EPM Developer - Oracle PCMCS

Description :

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end allocation processes in PCMCS.

- Build and manage dimensions, models, rules, and rulesets within PCMCS.

- Develop and validate allocation processes, ensuring accurate balancing and traceability.

- Create and maintain trace allocations, rule balancing, and allocation logic.

- Configure and manage PCMCS security and user access controls.

- Develop and maintain Data Management integrations using FDMEE.

- Design and generate reports, dashboards, analysis views, and profit curves.

- Perform end-to-end testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide technical support and resolve customer queries related to PCMCS applications.

- Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and governance processes.

- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery and support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM Product Suite.

- Strong hands-on experience in PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service).

- Experience in at least 3 end-to-end PCMCS implementation projects.

- Strong expertise in :

a. Allocation Process Development

b. Dimension Management

c. Business Rules & Rulesets

d. Forms & Task Lists

e. Reports & Dashboards

f. Analysis Views & Profit Curves

- Experience with FDMEE/Data Management integration.

- Knowledge of Hyperion Planning and EPM architecture.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Experience in testing, validation, and debugging allocation processes.

- Ability to resolve technical queries and provide production support.

- Good understanding of financial and profitability management processes.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PCMCS Certification is highly preferred.

- Experience working in cloud-based EPM environments.

- Familiarity with Oracle EPM Cloud tools and integration methodologies.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
