Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic EPM Architect ARCS to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and support of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS/ARM) solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud applications, reconciliation processes, finance/accounting functions, and enterprise solution architecture.
The role requires strong hands-on experience in solution design, application architecture, data integration, reporting, and end-to-end EPM implementation.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical experts to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-performing reconciliation solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle ARCS/ARM solutions.
- Function as the application design architect and technical lead for ARCS application development and deployment.
- Own complete solution delivery including requirement gathering, architecture definition, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Design scalable reconciliation solutions aligned with finance and accounting business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement data integrations between EPM platforms and third-party systems.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and provide architectural guidance for new initiatives.
- Provide solutions and enhancements to existing EPM architecture and reconciliation processes.
- Configure reconciliation workflows, profiles, matching rules, dashboards, and reporting components.
- Design and develop standard and customized reports for finance and reconciliation functions.
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards within EPM environments.
- Support consolidation and close management processes within Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams for successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practice guidance to development teams.
- Troubleshoot critical issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of overall EPM experience with strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
- Extensive hands-on experience in ARCS/ARM implementation and application development.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, solution architecture, and technical design.
- Good understanding of financial consolidation and reconciliation processes.
- Strong functional knowledge in:
a. Finance & Accounting
b. General Ledger (GL)
c. Sub-Ledgers
d. Account Reconciliation Processes
- Experience with EPM data integration tools and third-party integrations.
- Strong knowledge of standard and custom reporting within Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Experience designing scalable and secure enterprise-level EPM architectures.
- Ability to define scope, estimate effort, and lead complex implementation projects.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
