Job Title : Epicor Functional Consultant

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience : 8-14 years

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Epicor ERP / Kinetic. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process mapping, and ERP implementation across Finance, SCM, and Manufacturing modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities

- Conduct requirement gathering and functional assessments

- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and map business needs with ERP capabilities

- Provide functional consulting for ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams

- Configure and support ERP workflows across multiple business functions

- Assist in end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle activities

Required Skills :

- Strong functional expertise in Epicor ERP / Kinetic

- Experience in :

i. Finance

ii. Supply Chain Management (SCM)

iii. Manufacturing modules

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent stakeholder communication and requirement analysis abilities

- Experience in business process mapping and documentation

Good to Have :

- Experience with Epicor Kinetic (latest version)

- Exposure to full ERP implementation lifecycle

- Experience with other ERP platforms is also acceptable

Preferred Candidate :

- Strong functional consulting background

- Ability to work in client-facing environments

- Experience in fast-paced implementation projects

- Strong communication and coordination skills
