Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, develop, and support Epic Systems applications.

- Participate in Epic implementation, upgrade, optimization, and support projects.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop workflows, customizations, and integrations with third-party systems.

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.

- Collaborate with clinicians, business users, and technical teams.

- Perform system testing, validation, and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and security best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Epic Systems (EMR/EHR).

- Experience in one or more Epic modules (Ambulatory, Cadence, Clarity, Cogito, Orders, Beaker, Radiant, Willow, Cupid, Resolute, MyChart, etc.).

- Epic implementation or support experience.

- SQL.

- HL7/FHIR Integration.

- Interface Engines (preferred).

- Healthcare domain knowledge.

- System configuration and troubleshooting.

- Documentation and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills :

- Epic Certification (preferred).

- Clarity Reporting.

- Caboodle.

- InterSystems Caché / Iris.

- Healthcare interoperability.

- Agile methodology.

- API Integration.

- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure).
