Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in one or more ServiceNow modules, possess a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture, and be highly proficient in developing scalable solutions, custom applications, and REST-based integrations.

Key Skills :

- Experience in any of the following ServiceNow modules : ITOM, CMDB, ITSM, SecOps, GRC, ATF, Service Portal, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, UI Builder, or Now Assist.

- Strong expertise in Inbound & Outbound Integrations using REST APIs and JSON.

- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.

- Excellent understanding of the complete ServiceNow platform and architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules, to streamline client service delivery processes.

- Design and maintain complex integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems using REST APIs to ensure seamless data flow across the IT ecosystem.

- Develop custom applications and business logic using advanced JavaScript to address unique client requirements that fall outside of out-of-the-box functionality.

- Lead technical workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to ensure the proposed architecture aligns with industry best practices and client-specific goals.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of performance, security, and maintainability across all project deliverables.
