We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of backend-focused solutions by working closely with stakeholders, collaborating across teams, and ensuring timely and impactful product updates. You will play a key role in transforming business and system requirements into actionable solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

About product :

The vision for this product is to streamline and fully automate the data update process concerning SAP partners. This automation ensures regular, timely, and efficient updates without the need for manual intervention. By leveraging these up-to-date, accurate data sets, SAP programs such as PLR (Partner Lead Routing), Rebates, and Funds can be executed with increased speed and enhanced effectiveness. This product aims to optimize operational efficiencies and decision-making, ultimately leading to more strategic program management and improved financial outcomes within the SAP ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

- Work with the business product manager to formulate the Product Vision and Product Roadmap and ensure all stakeholders are aligned

- Transform high-level business requirements into user and system requirements

- Own the Product backlog and work with the Team to ensure all product work is reflected in the backlog and no hidden work is being done

- Ensure high-quality requirements are created in alignment with the Product Manager and translate

them to the Scrum team, ensuring they are understood and prioritized.

- Partner with the Solution Architect to enhance long-term and short-term product implementation, ensuring your product needs are well-supported in advance.

- Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to clarify requirements, align dependencies, and manage competing priorities

- Act as the central point of knowledge during end-to-end (E2E) testing, providing guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the process, while ensuring efficient User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and seamless product go-live readiness.

- Strong understanding of database management and backend systems.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner, ideally within the SAP ecosystem or similar enterprise-level software solutions.

- Modeling and diagramming (UML)

- API knowledge

- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) (nice to have)

- SAP domain (preferable, but nice to have)

- Good experience-based knowledge of Scrum

- Knowledge of other Agile disciplines is a bonus (especially SAFe)

- Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
