Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years working on Oracle Fusion to Power BI conversion initiatives or ERP reporting projects. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver effective reporting and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.

- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and reporting requirements.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting implementation.

- Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and business process discussions.

- Perform gap analysis and impact assessments to identify solution requirements.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of reporting solutions.

- Facilitate end-user training and knowledge transfer activities.

- Maintain comprehensive business process, requirement, and project documentation.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and reporting outcomes.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion to Power BI conversion or ERP reporting projects.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Power BI.

- Expertise in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and business process documentation.

- Experience in data integration, reporting, and analytics projects.

- Strong knowledge of Material Master, Customer Master, Supplier Master, and BOM Master Data.

- Proven experience in Gap Analysis, Impact Assessment, and UAT.

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Business Analysis or Data Analytics such as CBAP, CCBA, or Power BI Certification.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.

- Postgraduate qualification preferred.
