Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Dynamics Lead with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing Dynamics 365 solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM applications and seamless ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the configuration, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

- Design and develop workflows, plugins, and custom CRM components.

- Customize and optimize Dynamics 365 Unified Interface to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Implement and support Azure cloud-based services, authentication, and resource management.

- Support integrations with ERP platforms such as QAD and SAP.

- Develop and maintain custom applications and extensions using Microsoft technologies.

- Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability across CRM environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.

- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Work closely with development and business teams to drive CRM best practices and solution adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.

- Hands-on expertise in workflows, plugins, and Unified Interface development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.

- Experience with Azure Cloud, including authentication and resource management.

- Strong knowledge of Azure SQL, SQL Server, and MS SSIS.

- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with QAD ERP or SAP ERP systems.

- Strong understanding of CRM architecture and enterprise application integration.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
