Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Professional with 510 years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV). The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical expertise, have participated in multiple end-to-end ERP implementations, and be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Configure and customize Business Central modules based on business needs.

- Develop extensions, integrations, reports, and workflows using AL programming.

- Perform data migration from legacy systems into Business Central.

- Integrate Business Central with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.

- Develop and customize reports using RDLC, Word Layouts, and Power BI.

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Conduct user training and prepare functional and technical documentation.

- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams to streamline business processes.

- Ensure solution quality through testing, debugging, and adherence to Microsoft best practices.

- Coordinate with implementation partners and internal stakeholders during project execution.

- Stay updated with new Microsoft releases and recommend system enhancements.

Functional Expertise :

- Strong knowledge in one or more of the following Business Central modules : Finance & Accounting, Sales & Customer Management, Purchasing & Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Service Management, Fixed Assets, Projects/Jobs, Cash & Bank Management.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications will be an added advantage.

- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations and support.

- Experience handling multiple ERP implementation lifecycles.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Industry Experience :

- Manufacturing, Distribution, FMCG, Retail, Logistics, Trading, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive.
