Role Overview :

We are looking for a senior Enterprise Solution Architect / Solutioning Leader with 18+ years of experience in IT Services and Technology Consulting to lead the design and solutioning of large, complex and integrated enterprise transformation engagements. The role is suitable for professionals from both technical architecture and techno-functional / solution consulting backgrounds, with strong experience in connecting business requirements with technology, operating models and transformation strategy.

The candidate will work across multiple service areas including Application Development & Maintenance (ADM), ERP, Infrastructure, Cloud, Digital, Data, DevOps and emerging technologies, and will be responsible for creating integrated solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end solution design and architecture for large enterprise transformation and managed services opportunities.

- Understand client business objectives, technology landscape, pain points and transformation maturity, and translate these into integrated multi-tower solutions and transformation strategies.

- Design and present solution architectures, Target Operating Models (TOMs), transformation roadmaps, transition strategies and implementation approaches aligned with client objectives.

- Work closely with sales, consulting, delivery, technology and practice teams during RFP/RFI responses, solution workshops, proposal development, estimation, commercial discussions and deal closure.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and confidently present complex technology and transformation propositions to CXO, business and technology leadership.

Technology & Solution Expertise :

- Candidates should have strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and experience across one or more areas such as ADM, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital, Data & Analytics, DevOps and Automation.

- Experience designing integrated solutions across multiple technology towers is essential.

- Strong exposure to DevOps, Enterprise Agile, automation-led transformation, application modernization and application support models is preferred.

- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, S/4HANA, RISE with SAP and/or Oracle will be an advantage.

- Candidates should also have a good understanding of AI/GenAI and emerging digital technologies, including how these can be leveraged to improve business processes, application development, IT operations and enterprise productivity.

Business & Transformation Skills :

- The role requires strong consulting, solutioning and business acumen, with the ability to understand industry challenges and translate them into practical transformation solutions.

- Candidates must be proficient in developing Target Operating Models, transformation roadmaps, capability assessments, transition models, governance structures and service delivery approaches.

- The ability to balance business requirements, technology feasibility, operational considerations and commercial objectives is critical.

Large Deal Experience :

- A key requirement is proven experience in large enterprise deal solutioning and pursuit management.

- Candidates should have anchored or played a significant solutioning role in multiple large deals exceeding USD 10M, including complex multi-tower transformation, managed services or outsourcing engagements.

- Experience in solution estimation, commercial structuring, proposal development, negotiations and executive-level presentations is highly desirable.

Mandatory Requirements :

- 18+ years of experience in IT Services / Technology Consulting.

- Strong experience in enterprise solutioning, architecture or technology consulting.

- Proven experience designing integrated multi-tower solutions.

- Exposure to ADM, ERP, Infrastructure, Cloud and Digital services.

- Strong experience in large enterprise transformation / managed services deals.

- Proven involvement in multiple USD 10M+ deals.

- Strong experience creating and presenting TOMs and transformation roadmaps.

- Excellent client-facing, communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to work effectively across both business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred / Good to Have :

- Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, SOA or other Enterprise Architecture frameworks. Certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman or ITIL Expert will be an advantage.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, Oracle, Cloud platforms, DevOps, AI/GenAI and automation-led transformation will be preferred.

Education :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Management or a related discipline. Relevant architecture, cloud, ERP, consulting or IT service-management certifications will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate :

The ideal candidate could come from a Technical Architect, Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Solution Consultant, Technology Consultant, Transformation Consultant or Solutioning Leader background.
