Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant / Senior Analyst

You will design, implement, and optimize EPM solutions to streamline financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes. You will bridge the gap between finance strategies and technical execution. Candidates with EPBCS (Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design : Architect and configure EPM applications to meet complex business planning and forecasting requirements.

- System Implementation : Lead end-to-end deployment of EPM modules including budgeting, financial consolidation, and reporting.

- Data Integration : Build and maintain secure data pipelines between ERP systems and the EPM platform.

- Process Optimization : Automate manual financial workflows to improve reporting speed and data accuracy.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with finance leadership to translate business goals into technical system requirements.

- User Training : Develop documentation and conduct training sessions for finance end-users.

- System Maintenance : Troubleshoot system issues, manage metadata updates, and oversee routine upgrades.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience working directly with enterprise EPM platforms.

- Education : Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.

- Platform Expertise : Deep technical knowledge in at least one major EPM suite (e.g., Oracle Cloud EPM/Hyperion).

- Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts, including P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and budgeting cycles.

- Technical Skills : Proficient in writing calculations, building business rules, scripting, and advanced Excel modeling.

- Project Management : Proven track record of managing phases of software implementation lifecycles.

- Additional Technical Skills : Experience with SQL, Python, or specialized EPM reporting tools.

- Professional Background : Background in management consulting or professional services.
