As an Enterprise Modeler (BiZZdesign), you will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise digital transformation journeys. By modeling current-state and future-state architectures across people, process, technology, and data, you will enable global clients to make informed decisions and drive operational excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO | JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

In this role, you will :

Enterprise Architecture Modeling :

- Model business, application, technology, and data layers using BiZZdesign.

- Create ITIL 4 process models (Incident, Problem, Change, Access, Demand, Service Request).

- Document organizational structures including roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.

- Support IT/OT infrastructure, network topology, and application landscape modeling.

Data & Integration Modeling :

- Develop data flow and integration models across ITSM platforms (ServiceNow), IAM systems, monitoring tools, and business applications.

- Document APIs, data exchange patterns, and system dependencies.

- Contribute to data governance initiatives by modeling data lineage and ownership.

Standards & Governance :

- Apply ArchiMate 3.x standards consistently across all models.

- Follow modeling conventions, quality guidelines, and participate in model reviews.

- Collaborate in managing BiZZdesign repository workflows.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Analysis :

- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate models.

- Produce impact and gap analysis views to support transformation planning.

- Prepare executive-level visualizations and presentations for leadership.

- Work closely with ITIL practice leads to ensure workflows are accurately represented.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING | REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | YOUR PROFILE :

The top candidate will have the following skills :

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Enterprise Architecture, or related discipline.

- Masters degree is a plus.

Experience :

- 3-5 years in Enterprise/IT Architecture.

- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with BiZZdesign.

- Strong knowledge of ArchiMate 3.x modeling across all architecture layers.

- Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments (IT/OT preferred).

- Experience with ITIL-aligned process modeling and organizational architecture.

Certifications (Required) :

- ArchiMate 3 Practitioner or Foundation (mandatory).

- BiZZdesign Certified Professional (preferred).

Certifications (Preferred) :

- TOGAF 9 Certified.

- ITIL 4 Foundation.

- Certified Enterprise Architect (Open Group).

- Six Sigma Green Belt.
