Enterprise Architect - Salesforce & Corporate Applications

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect - Salesforce & Corporate Applications to drive and evolve enterprise architecture capabilities across Salesforce platforms and corporate SaaS ecosystems.

This role will play a key part in shaping architecture strategy, reference architectures, and roadmap execution for enterprise engagement platforms and business applications. You will work closely with business, engineering, and senior leadership to translate enterprise strategy into scalable, integrated platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contribute to enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap for Salesforce and corporate applications

- Develop and maintain reference architectures for customer, partner, supplier, and internal platforms

- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with ERP, Finance, and Supply Chain systems

- Drive cross-platform workflow orchestration and system interoperability

- Participate in and support architecture governance, reviews, and documentation

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align platforms with data, integration, and operational strategies

- Support implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture solutions

- Work with engineering teams to translate architecture into practical implementation frameworks

Technical Expertise & Platform Experience :

- Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture tools such as LeanIX, Ardoq, or similar platforms

- Strong exposure to Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)

- Experience with cloud-based and distributed enterprise applications

- Expertise in API-based, event-driven, and batch integrations

- Understanding of enterprise data architecture, including system-of-record integrations and master data alignment

- Familiarity with enterprise security concepts such as SSO, identity federation, and secure API design

- Exposure to architecture governance frameworks and documentation practices

Required Qualifications :

- 10 to 20 years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution architecture roles

- Proven experience working across Salesforce and enterprise SaaS ecosystems

- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and platform architecture

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs

- Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid architecture environments

- Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks
