We are looking for a visionary Enterprise Architect to define and drive the future of our Digital Experience and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) ecosystem. You will be the bridge between business ambition and technical execution, designing scalable, cloud-native architectures that power seamless customer journeys.

This is a leadership role focused on high-level design, governance, and the adoption of modern engineering practices across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architectural Roadmap : Define the end-to-end Enterprise Architecture (EA) for our Digital, eCommerce, and D2C platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.

- Modernization : Spearhead the transition to Microservices and Cloud-Native architectures, moving away from legacy monoliths.

- Governance & Standards : Establish and enforce architecture guardrails, coding standards, and security protocols across multi-functional squads.

- DevSecOps Integration : Champion the adoption of robust CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps to ensure speed-to-market without compromising stability.

- SaaS & Integration : Lead the selection and integration of third-party SaaS platforms (CMS, Payment Gateways, CRM, etc.) into the core digital ecosystem.

- Mentorship : Act as a North Star for solution architects and lead engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Experience & Requirements :

- Proven Track Record : 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 3-4 years in a formal Enterprise or Solution Architecture role.

- Domain Expertise : Deep experience in eCommerce or D2C landscapes (understanding cart logic, catalogs, user profiles, and omnichannel fulfillment).

- Technical Depth : Expert knowledge of cloud-native design patterns, event-driven architecture, and API-first strategies.

- Security & Compliance : Strong understanding of DevSecOps and modern security frameworks.

- Leadership : Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders while remaining technically credible with engineering teams.

Mandatory Skill Set :

- Core : Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF or similar)

- Design : Microservices, Cloud-Native Architecture, Headless Commerce

- DevOps : CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps

- Domain : eCommerce Platforms (Magento, Shopify Plus, Salesforce CC, or Custom Builds)

- Integration : REST/GraphQL, SaaS integrations, Event Streaming (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
