Role & responsibilities :

- Director Enterprise Applications to lead the strategy, delivery, and management of global enterprise applications across the organization.

- Reporting into the CIO Office, this leader will be responsible for driving application transformation, modernization, governance, and operational excellence across key business functions including HR, Finance, Sales, and other corporate systems.

- This is a strategic leadership role within the CIO Office, responsible for shaping and scaling the organization's global enterprise application landscape.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Looking for well rounded background across both ERP and non-ERP application landscapes.

- Experience leading enterprise application strategy, delivery, and operations within large, complex organizations.

- Proven track record in delivering and transforming both ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and a wide range of enterprise and SaaS-based applications.

- Ability to lead application modernization, cloud adoption, integration, and digital transformation initiatives across global teams.

- Experience managing end-to-end application lifecycle including strategy, implementation, enhancement, support, governance, and vendor management.

- Demonstrated success partnering with business stakeholders and executive leadership to align technology investments with business priorities.
