Role : Enterprise Applications Lead SAP & Digital Systems

Location : Navi Mumbai

Role Summary :

Senior IT professional to lead enterprise application landscape covering SAP, CRM, and integrated digital systems within a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on application support, enhancement, and business process integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and enhance enterprise applications across SAP and integrated systems.

- Drive business process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations.

- Work on SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM + additional modules) and ensure seamless integration across systems.

- Support and optimize reporting platforms (SAP BI/BO, Power BI, etc.).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for implementation and support.

- Ensure smooth application operations, issue resolution, and user adoption.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in SAP (FICO + at least 2 other modules such as MM/SD/PP/QM/PS).

- Exposure to CRM, Supply Chain, and enterprise digital systems.

- Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows.

- Experience in manufacturing business processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

- Stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience & Qualification :

- 12+ years in enterprise applications (implementation + support).

- Engineering / IT / MCA background.

- SAP or relevant certifications preferred.
