Role Overview :

As a QA Tester at Entero Healthcare Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ERP systems and related applications. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of our operations, contributing to a seamless experience for our users and partners across the healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional requirements and technical specifications for ERP modules and related applications.

- Perform manual testing of software applications, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing, to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Document and track defects using a bug tracking system, providing detailed information and steps to reproduce for efficient resolution by the development team.

- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements, clarify ambiguities, and ensure accurate implementation of features.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to contribute to the agile development process and improve team efficiency.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using Selenium and Node.js to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts.

- Perform database testing using SQL to validate data integrity and accuracy across different modules and systems.

- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance the overall quality of software products.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex software applications.

- Proven expertise in manual testing techniques, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

- Strong proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for database testing and data validation.

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Node.js is highly desirable.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
