Role Overview :

As an Engineering Manager - ERP Systems, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and other engineering teams to ensure our ERP systems are aligned with business needs and are scalable, reliable, and secure. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our internal operations and the quality of service we provide to our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers specializing in ERP systems, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Drive the design, development, and implementation of new ERP modules and features, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of our ERP systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, business analysts, and operations, to gather requirements, define specifications, and prioritize development efforts.

- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data within the ERP systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

- Champion Agile development methodologies, promoting iterative development, continuous integration, and automated testing to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends in ERP systems and recommending innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage vendor relationships related to ERP systems, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to service level agreements.

- Oversee ERP support activities, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and requests, and developing training materials to enhance user proficiency.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of full-stack engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Proven expertise in the design, development, and implementation of ERP systems, with a strong understanding of business processes and data flows.

- Solid understanding of full-stack development principles, including front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular), back-end technologies (e.g., Java, Python), and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and a track record of delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- 5 to 12 years of relevant experience.
