SAP APO PPDS Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP APO PPDS Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO), Supply Network Planning (SNP), and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS).

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP APO SNP and PPDS functionalities to meet business requirements.

- Manage and maintain the Core Interface (CIF) for seamless integration between SAP systems.

- Implement and support SNP and PPDS configurations, including end-to-end process flows.

- Work with SNP and Deployment Optimizer functionalities to improve planning efficiency.

- Configure and utilize the PPDS Planning Board for production planning and scheduling activities.

- Manage master data relevant to SAP APO PPDS and ensure data consistency.

- Work with interactive planning tools to support production and supply chain planning.

- Analyze and evaluate settings within Strategy Profiles to optimize planning outcomes.

- Configure and support PP Planning Procedures, scheduling, and planning heuristics.

- Maintain and utilize Setup Matrix functionality for production sequencing and setup optimization.

- Support subcontracting processes within the planning environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration with SAP MM, PP, and SD modules.

Mandatory Skills :

- Expert knowledge of SAP APO SNP and PPDS.

- Strong experience with CIF (Core Interface).

- Hands-on experience in SNP/PPDS configuration and end-to-end process flows.

- Experience with SNP and Deployment Optimizer.

- Strong knowledge of the PPDS Planning Board.

- Good understanding of master data management in APO PPDS.

- Experience with various interactive planning tools.

- Ability to evaluate and analyze Strategy Profile settings.

- Thorough understanding of PP Planning Procedures.

- Strong knowledge of scheduling and planning heuristics.

- Experience with Setup Matrix.

- Knowledge of subcontracting processes.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Cross-functional experience with SAP MM, PP, and SD modules.

- Understanding of integration between production planning, procurement, and sales and distribution processes.
