Ensar Solutions - Azure DevOps Engineer

Description :

- Monitor, support, and manage production environments to ensure optimal performance and resolve issues.

- Work with Azure services (App Services, VMs, Storage, Networking) to build and maintain cloud-based solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both Linux and Windows server environments.

- Assist in the development of scripts (primarily PowerShell and Bash) to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.

- Provide support in handling production incidents and contributing to root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.

- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions through effective CI/CD practices.

- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve technical challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, etc.

- Familiarity with incident handling and production support processes.

- Basic experience with scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.

- Knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and reporting technical issues.
