Engro Technologies - Backend Lead - Golang/Python

Role Overview :

Looking for a Backend Lead to design AI-enabled backend systems, including model orchestration, data pipelines, and scalable APIs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build scalable microservices and APIs

- Design systems to serve ML models and AI pipelines

- Handle real-time inference, batch processing, and data pipelines

- Ensure system reliability, observability, and performance

AI Expectations :

- Experience building AI pipelines (data - model - API - product)

- Knowledge of model serving, vector databases, embeddings, RAG systems

- Ability to design low-latency AI systems

- Experience integrating LLMs into backend services

Must-Have Skills :

- Golang / Python

- SQL, NoSQL

- GCP / AWS Cloud

- Distributed systems & system design

- Databases + caching + queue
