Key Responsibilities :

- Develop automation scripts to improve engineering productivity.

- Maintain knowledge bases, SOPs, and technical documentation.

- Provide L1/L2 support for various engineering applications.

- Troubleshoot integration issues between engineering tools and databases.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Java/Python : Proficient in automation, tooling, and workflow optimization.

- SQL : Strong query skills for troubleshooting and reporting.

- REST APIs : Capable of designing, consuming, and debugging APIs.

Soft Skills :

- Analytical Thinking : Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.

- Communication : Ability to convey technical details to non-technical teams.
