Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager - .NET who is passionate about building high-performing engineering teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and the ability to guide teams in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Drive engineering delivery, quality standards, and best development practices across projects.

- Provide technical leadership in designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of systems built using modern and legacy technologies.

- Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and program teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Ensure high standards of code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability.

- Manage engineering roadmaps, sprint planning, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12 to 15 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack.

- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core.

- Strong frontend development experience with Angular.

- Good understanding of AWS cloud services and cloud-based application development.

- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

- Experience working with both modern architectures and legacy systems.
