Description :

- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and performance guidance to drive high-quality delivery.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET MVC and .NET Core.

- Architect and implement robust, maintainable solutions, leveraging Entity Framework and LINQ for efficient data access and business logic.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and clean architecture principles.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Drive key decisions around application architecture, performance optimization, and security standards.

- Own and oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and lead production issue resolution.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence within the team.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to existing systems and processes.

Technical Skills Required :


- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.

- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and building enterprise-grade web applications.

- Proficiency in Entity Framework and LINQ for data access and ORM-based solutions.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), client-side development, and modern web technologies.

- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and performance optimization techniques.

- Deep understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture practices.

Leadership & Soft Skills :


- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to coach and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering growth and accountability.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
