Key Responsibilities :
People Leadership & Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 1012 product engineers.
- Conduct regular one-on-one discussions, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
- Support hiring initiatives and actively participate in technical and leadership interviews.
Agile Delivery & Product Execution :
- Own end-to-end product delivery, ensuring timely releases, quality standards, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage Product Delivery Lifecycle, Release Train Engineering (RTE), and large-scale implementations.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA teams, and external vendors to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and product release cycles.
- Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum best practices across teams.
Technical Oversight & Process Excellence :
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure scalable, maintainable product versions.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to uphold engineering standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks, and advocate best practices.
- Align product engineering goals with overall business strategy and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and delivery optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 1012+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum leadership, or product engineering management.
- Strong experience in Product Delivery Lifecycle Management and Release Train Engineering (RTE).
- Proven ability to lead and scale engineering teams.
- Hands-on understanding of modern software development practices and Agile frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
