Role Overview :
As an EM CR (Engineering Manager - CRM), you will lead a team of talented engineers responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our CRM platform, primarily built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and other engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Your work will directly impact our sales, marketing, and customer service teams, enabling them to provide exceptional customer experiences and achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Manage the development and deployment of custom CRM applications using CANAVAS apps and other low-code/no-code platforms.
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, such as Copilot, to enhance CRM capabilities and improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize CRM roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of the CRM platform, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Proven expertise in designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes, and best practices.
- Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with CANAVAS apps and other low-code/no-code platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered CRM tools, such as Copilot, and their application in enhancing customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
