Job Description :

We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to lead high-performing engineering teams in designing, building, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. This role blends deep technical expertise with people leadership and execution excellence, ensuring engineering outcomes align closely with business and product objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage multiple software engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

- Own end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensuring timely execution, quality, and reliability

- Partner closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Drive adoption of best practices in software development, code quality, testing, security, and DevOps

- Oversee system design, architecture decisions, scalability, performance, and reliability

- Manage technical debt and ensure long-term maintainability of platforms and applications

- Support hiring, performance management, career development, and succession planning within the engineering organization

- Monitor engineering metrics and continuously improve delivery efficiency and outcomes

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong hands-on background in software development and system design

- Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams at scale

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices

- Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern distributed architectures
