Role Overview :

As an Engineering Lead - AI/ML & 3D Platform, you will spearhead the development and enhancement of our core AI/ML-powered 3D platform.

You will lead a team of talented engineers, working closely with product managers, researchers, and designers to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and performant solutions.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our users, enabling them to create better designs and deliver projects more successfully.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and algorithms for 3D data processing and analysis, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and business objectives.

- Guide the team in building and maintaining a scalable and robust 3D platform, focusing on performance, reliability, and security.

- Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, translating user stories into technical specifications and actionable tasks.

- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation, to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to improve the platform's capabilities and efficiency, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python and related libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Proven ability to design and implement efficient algorithms for 3D data processing, visualization, and analysis.

- Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with 3D graphics APIs (e.g., OpenGL, DirectX).

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and agile development methodologies.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
